Boring White 50's Kitchen

Homeowner purchased this beautiful home in the Loveland area, but the kitchen was in terrible need of a make-over. We worked together with them to plan the layout and details.

After solving electrical problems and insulation issues, new drywall was installed. Beautiful Medallion cabinets were carefully installed, topped off with stunning Silestone quartz.

The finishing touches of travertine floor tile and slate tile backsplash give the kitchen depth and character.

Millard Home

This Millard home had a very unique layout that separated the kitchen from the dining/living room area. In order to open the design, we removed a load bearing wall and installed a few new cabinets.

A custom oak pantry with can storage & roll-out shelves added much needed space. The Hi-Resolution laminate countertops were an economical, yet beautifully stunning choice.

The new sink & faucet, along with modern appliances finished off the look nicely.

Bathrooms - Northwest Omaha Home

A young family was moving from Des Moines to this large Northwest Omaha ranch home built in the 80's. The bathrooms were in desperate need of updating, so we proceeded to modernize the rooms.

Simple, clean lines and white subway tile give the showers a fresh look. Decorative glass tile from the new vanity tops to the ceiling compliments the bold mirrors.

25 Year Old Deck

Situated in the beautiful hills outside Council Bluffs, this house had a 25 year old deck that was falling apart. The customer wanted to create a storage garage underneath, while installing a composite deck above.

After hauling out 3 dump truck loads of dirt, building a block foundation, forming 3 substantial deck piers, and pouring concrete, the garage roof was installed.

Finally the deck was built above and the maintenance-free composite decking installed. There were a few challenges with this unique plan, but the customer was thrilled and raves about the finished project.
